Showcase Your Work

Present your use of modeling and simulation to fellow engineers, scientists, and researchers
Two COMSOL Conference attendees discussing a poster in the poster hall.

At the COMSOL Conference 2025 Amsterdam, you have the opportunity to showcase your modeling and simulation work in front of a live audience. Presenters are also encouraged to submit a paper. After the conference, approved posters, slideshows, and papers are published in the online proceedings, which has a global reach.

All accepted works will be considered for the Best Poster and Best Paper awards, where the top submissions are selected by our program committee of experts from different industries and research organizations. During the conference, attendees cast their votes for the Best Poster by Popular Vote award.

Presenting and Publishing Opportunities

To present at the conference, apply for either a poster or 10-minute slideshow presentation. Posters will be displayed in the large exhibition hall throughout the conference and authors are invited to present their work during the poster sessions. Please note that there are a limited number of slideshow presentation slots available.

All presenters are encouraged to submit a full-length paper covering their work. There is also the option to submit a paper only, without presenting at the live conference. All approved papers will be published in the online conference proceedings after the event, alongside the posters and slideshows.

View the presentation guidelines and become familiar with the presentation formats before submitting your abstract.

Submission Formats

Poster

As a poster presenter, you will create your poster using the provided template, accessible via the link below. Using the provided template helps ensure a consistent standard of quality for all posters. Be sure to replace the example logo with the logo of the organization you are representing.

COMSOL will take care of the printing and display setup of your poster, when it is submitted by the deadline and in the correct format. The posters will be showcased throughout the duration of the event. When the event concludes, you are welcome to take the poster with you.

Slideshow

If selected for a slideshow presentation slot, you will create a presentation in a PPT or PPTX format. You will submit your presentation file prior to the conference for review. We will load up your presentation for you, but you are also welcome to save the final-reviewed version on a USB memory stick and bring it with you. Your talk will be limited to 10 minutes of presenting and 5 minutes of Q&A.

Note: Slideshow presentations are determined by a selection process with limited speaking slots available.

Paper

To submit a paper detailing your work, follow the paper submission guidelines and the supplied template, accessible via the link below.

Abstract Submission

Ready to share your work? Create or log in to your COMSOL Access account and submit an abstract using the abstract guidelines, accessible via the link below.
