Pedelec-Ladegerät für Wohnmobile (E-Bike Battery Charger for Winnebago Warriors)

Gut so!
[ENGLISH]
During the past few years, more and more camper and mobile home owners have been taking electric bicycles along for the ride. The electric bike is quickly becoming the short-distance vehicle of choice for travelers interested in venturing out of their mobile abodes for quick trips to nearby shops and town centers. It’s a pretty convenient alternative to driving a gas-guzzling Winnebago a few miles for just a few camping provisions. Just hop on the electric bike and take a spin! That sounds great, except for one problem: electric bikes batteries must be recharged. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a battery charger that could run from the mains supply, but also operate directly from a 12/24-V car battery in an efficient manner—that is, without DC/AC converter? Such a device should be able to recharge two bikes at once and have an adjustable output voltage.

Hi,
I'm a plane model enthusiast for many years. We use versatile chargers which are able to charge different battery chemistry (lithium, NiMh, Lead acid). Those chargers are mostly designed to work on 12V dc supply and can source up to 200W for certain models. And when you want to use it at home or on a mains supply, a computer power supply does the converting job with plenty of power for a few bucks.
I think it could easily do what you are looking for...

I think this will be a very useful project.
Camper van + electric bicycle = better holidays.
Also useful for charging electric bicycles from home solar systems, which might have 12 or 24 volt accus for storage.
I am only an electronics hobbyist, not professional. Have we got some starter ideas ?
I don't have a camper van, but I am interested in charging 36 volt bike batteries from a small solar panel at home.
